I had never been to Vegas in my life prior to this trip and had to visit at least one time after hearing Vegas stories from everyone. At the end of the day, Vegas is a bit overrated. “What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas” is just a corny punch line that people like to say when they envision being Alan from Hangover. However, the Venetian is a spectacular resort. I originally picked it because the CEO is from Massachusetts like myself. Unfortunately, I was not a travel blogger at the time so I apologize in advance for limited pictures.

Firstly, the lobby was incredible. A lot of hotels try and fail miserably at making a theme seem authentic. The Venetian did not. You totally forget that you are in a dessert and see yourself in Venice upon entering.

The actual presidential suite itself was the best part. On our way up, none other than DJ Khaled was with us in the elevator. A very nice guy who has a lot of patience dealing with fans. Our suite was a few doors away from his.

The “family room” in the suite was very spacious. It had a few couches, dining table, and grand piano.

The suite also featured two enormous bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. There was also a guest bathroom upon entering the suite.

The master bathroom featured a bathtub, shower (which had a steamer inside of it), and a sauna.

The Venetian had a fitness center probably bigger than a Gold’s gym. The shopping area with the canal down the middle is a sight you will never forget experiencing. The design was so good that drunk people were walking around thinking that they were outside.

All in all, you don’t really need more than a few days in Vegas. But might as well make it in the Venetian. A fabulous resort worth visiting again.
