Priority Pass Review: Premium Traveller Lounge Paris Orly

Lounge Paris Orly

Background:

I booked a budget Vueling flight from Paris to Barcelona and wasn’t expecting it to depart from the part of the airport that had a lounge. This lounge is only accessible if you’re leaving out of Terminal 1-Hall 1 and Vueling leaves out of there! Boo-yeah! What a nice surprise!

The Premium Traveller Lounge Paris Orly is accessible only to passengers departing on Schengen flights.

It’s open from 6am-9pm daily and restrictions on Priority Pass Members access are on Thursday and Friday from 4-8pm.

The Lounge:

Right after security, make a left following the “Lounge Sign” and go down the stairs/elevator and the lounge will be right there!

The lounge is a bit small, but it was empty when I arrived on a Tuesday at noon. It looks pretty new, and the furnishings are clean and nice!

Food options consisted of some cold ham/cheese and cold sandwiches. Tomato soup was also offered. There were lots of canned sodas and a espresso machine. Alcohol was also available and there were about 7 choices to choose from. Not a bad spread!

There’s no shower rooms or even a restroom in the lounge, but there is a Quiet Room. Service was excellent and the cleaning lady needs a raise. She kept the lounge spotless!!

My Vueling flight was delayed over 2 hours, so this was definitely a nice way to spend the delay!

The Verdict:

The Premium Traveller Lounge Paris Orly is a very comfortable lounge to grab a drink and snack before a short European connector flight!
