Kirby keeps trying to find cheap-to-free ways to improve things for customers instead of investing actual money to improve their product. Here’s some low hanging fruit: bring Polaris back to the standard it began with in order to generate a revenue premium. Considering that Kirby made that pathetic claim about United being the best airline in the world you’d think he’d take some actions to try to make himself less of a laughingstock for the statement.
