Arrival in Nashville:

I spent a week in Nashville at the Hilton Downtown which is right in the center of all the action.
Out front of the hotel across the lawn is the Country Music Hall of Fame, the Nashville Convention Center and the Bridgestone Arena where the Nashville Predators hockey team play, and where I got to see Alice Cooper play during my trip there.
Behind the Hotel is Broadway, the live music area of Nashville. There are lots of bars and clubs and restaurants on the street, almost all of whom have some sort of live music going.
Many music stars like Miranda Lambert, Jason Aldean, Dierks Bentley, Kid Rock, Glen Campbell and Luke Bryan own music venues on Broadway.
The Hilton has an impressive entrance with a large green park out front.
Valet parking is available for $50.
The hotel has a very nice atrium with hotel rooms on all 4 sides. There are rooms on 2 sides that have inside views and the rest of the rooms on all 4 sides have outside views of the city.
There are big lounge areas at the base of the atrium with a bar area, the breakfast area and even a piano player in the evenings. The glass backed elevators give you views of the atrium as you go up to your room.
My room with Country Music Hall of Fame views:
The view from the rooms at the front of the hotel are really special. You can see from the picture that the Hall of Fame looking like a piano is directly across the grass, the Convention Center with its curvy architecture is across the road and the Bridgestone Arena is on the right side. Very pleasant view to wake up to.
The room is divided up into 3 sections.
The sitting room:

The desk with nice comfortable chair and lamp.
The wall unit in the sitting room has a tv, fridge, safe and coffee machine. It is a large space with lots of room.

The bathing room:
The next room is the bathroom which has a large counter with basin and then a separate walk-in shower.
There is a walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash and there is body lotion and soap, all supplied by Crabtree and Evelyn.
The sleeping room:
The third room is the bedroom. A large bed with full cupboard, iron and ironing board, another wall unit with drawers and a second tv.
There are lots of plug points all over the rooms, it has a comfortable bed, nice big lounge space, nice spacious bathroom, a really nice place to spend a week.
Other hotel facilities:
The hotel has a good gym,
a coffee shop and a store selling mementos.
The Gold loyalty members lounge is rather spiffy. It supplies a breakfast in the morning, happy hour or 2 in the evening and is open most of the day and night for drinks and snacks and a getaway space.
The atrium is rather large with many seating areas, a bar and piano supplied with player.
Bonus !!:
I even got to see Alice Cooper perform at the Bridgestone Arena across from the hotel.
Reflections on my stay:
All in all a really great stay at a great hotel. It was a really good week in Nashville at the Hilton Downtown and I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay and party in Nashville.
Nice review, but you missed some very important information on how you booked, cost, etc…….
I have noted your comment GLCTraveler. Unluckily on this trip that as all taken care of by a client so I can not give accurate costs.
