This is an interesting concept, and could potentially be a really good deal, as long as there are no blackout dates. Sound like you just need to book between 14 and 90 days before travel.

Do note that several of these routes are available for $49 one-way already, which comes out to less than the cheapeset subscription since the pass does not include taxes and fees.
