I always find it interesting to meet people who love what they do. When you come across those people, their passion really shines through.
I only saw this video for the first time today, and I couldn’t resist sharing. Apparently, a viral video of an almost 6-years-old named Adam Mohammed Amer talking with Etihad Airways crew members had been making the rounds online. This young boy clearly has a love for aviation. He certainly knows a lot about airplanes, more so that most 6 year old would.

Amer Invited to Etihad Simulator Sessions
After that viral video, Etihad invited the Amer to its training academy where he got to fly the Airbus A380 in several simulation sessions.

I’ve never flown an aircraft simulator, but I think that is an incredibly unique opportunity for him. While Etihad Airlines also gains a lot of publicity, I’m thrilled that the airline is helping his young dream take flight.
Of course, perhaps not surprisingly, Adam wants to be a flight “Captain” when he grows up.
