Why I Love Freebies from T-Mobile Tuesday

Disclaimer: I have no financial affiliation with T-Mobile, other than as a current customer.

Update on 4/11:  T-Mobile has added another $5 Dunkin Offer to this week’s lineup.

I’ve openly wrote about my switch from Sprint to T-Mobile last year, both the good and the bad.  One thing that I’ve grown to enjoy is the T-Mobile Tuesdays app.  It is T-Mobile’s way of thanking their customers.   You simply have to download the “T-Mobile Tuesdays” app, register with your T-Mobile number, and check in to get rewarded every Tuesday.

Why I Love the T-Mobile Tuesday App

Let’s state the obvious:  Who doesn’t like free stuff, especially when some of the offers are actually usable?  The general premise is that you need to claim the offer on Tuesday.  Some offers expire that same day, while others are more flexible.  I’ve been with T-Mobile for a couple of months now, so I’ve seen some offers come and go.  There are a few semi-regular offers too.  These two are my favorites:

1. FandangoNow: Free TV Show or Movie Rental

The offer is exactly as it states.  You redeem for a code that you apply to your FandangoNow account, and you have a couple of days to use  the code.  When you use the code to redeem for a title, you have 30 days to watch the rental so there’s no rush to binge watch.  Once you start your rental, you can re-watch it as often as you want for next 48 hours.

It was easy once I set up a FandangoNow account.  No credit card is necessary, though keep in mind that this isn’t always the case for all offers.  For example, there was recently a similar rental offer from another streaming service (Vudu), but you are required to input a credit card to claim the code.  I passed on it.

Since we have multiple lines as part of a family plan, we can rent multiple movies if we wanted to.  It’s certainly a nice and easy option to indulge on new releases every now and then.

2.  $2 from Dunkin Donuts

T-Mobile has been offering $2 Dunkin Donuts (DD) Promo code for the last few T-Mobile Tuesdays.  I used to love those delicious chocolate frosted donuts when I was a kid, and this promo got me to go back to Dunkin again.  By redeeming the code, you get a $2 gift code to spend on anything at Dunkin.

This is stack-able, so you can get a code for each line if you have a family plan.  Since there is a Dunkin near my workplace, I’ve been enjoying afternoon Dunkin runs with my colleagues to get snacks or coffee together, courtesy of T-Mobile.

In fact, it looks like Dunkin is back in the T-Mobile Tuesday lineup for this upcoming Tuesday, 4/11.

I love how T-Mobile Tuesday app is fun and simple to use.  If you are a T-Mobile customer and you’ve never heard of this app, it’s worth a look.  I actually look forward to checking out what they have, and I can’t wait to see what other offers T-Mobile comes out with next.

If you have been using the T-Mobile Tuesday app for some time, what has been your favorite redemption so far?

I have had it since the beginning and it is awesome! The latest free year of mlb is great. I have a total of 3 lines and each line gets the deal. Really enjoy these freebies and my service with tmobile is great.

Free cinema tickets and Lyft rides

I remembered the Lyft rides! I don’t remember the free cinema tickets but I know my sibling used a $2 movie ticket deal on a Tuesday. Ironically, he actually didn’t know about it; his friend was like, “don’t you have T-Mobile too?”
