I’m combing through the results of the first “Best in Business Travel” readers’ survey from Travel + Leisure and Fortune, and will present some of the more interesting findings today and tomorrow. Before getting to the obvious “best of” titles, I wanted to give you an idea of how the survey’s respondents think about flying (chart below). I invite you to weigh in with a comment!

By the way, if you – like me – are curious about the methodology used, you can see it here at http://www.travelandleisure.com/articles/best-in-business-methodology; unfortunately, it doesn’t say how many people responded to the survey.

Readers: What do you consider to be the most frustrating part of air travel? Does it vary depending on whether you’re flying within the U.S. or to an overseas destination, or if you’re flying Southwest Airlines or American Airlines, for instance?
