INTRODUCTION TO TINGGLY

Tinggly is a one of a kind choice voucher that allows a person to choose one activity from 500+ of the world’s best experiences in more than 100 countries worldwide! Perfect for travelers to get a custom/curated experience to their liking. This gift seems like a good use for those who are looking to experience and explore a certain area with the flexibility to choose what suits them best. Easy to use and book. You can choose from over 100 countries and the vouchers do not expire – so if things fall through you can always use it later. They can be mailed in 1-5 business days or sent electronically immediately. All of the collections are different packages of a wide variety of options, from hundreds of experiences all around the world, such as island hopping in Thailand, whale-watching in Iceland, or a fabulous Game of Thrones tour in Croatia.

Eco-Friendly Giving!

I was especially impressed about their focus on green resources. From the How It Works Page (emphasis mine):

A part of Tinggly profit goes to sustainable projects to remove polluting plastics from the environment. With the help of our partners, one Tinggly gift not only removes 33lbs (15kg) of plastics but also offsets 200% of CO2 emissions produced during the chosen experience. On top of that, all Tinggly gift boxes are made of 100% recycled materials and are eco-friendly.

Christmas Is Here!

Don’t forget to sign up for their newsletter to save 10% on your first purchase! I found their Christmas boxes quite appealing and could see this being good presents for family or those who love to travel. The Tinggly Merry Christmas gift box is an excellent seasonal gift, and you can see what options are for experiences at the bottom filtered by list or map. Thankfully that map allows me to search for where I or others plan to be, to get on the planning early.

Options for the physical box are attractive – stuff it under a tree, since it can be shipped worldwide in 2-5 business days. If you’re a procrastinator like me then the e-voucher option is immediate.

Conclusion

I’m terrible at selecting gifts, but this places the onus on the receiver to use what is best for them. Add a touch of personalization while also allowing for some selection, making for a great story and experience over a physical trinket. At $89-$129, they’re definitely not cheap, but it is what I would consider a thoughtful and personal gift to create new memories through experiences.
