Quantum of the Seas arrived in New York harbor very early this morning. The ship’s Captain received special permission to sail down the harbor and by the Statue of Liberty before docking at the Cape Liberty Cruise Port in Bayonne, NJ. Many of the ship’s guests were up top for a special arrival party, and Royal Caribbean wasted no time in putting North Star to use after Quantum passed safely under the Veranzano Narrows Bridge. The ship’s official naming ceremony is this Friday, November 14th, and will be hosted by the ship’s godmother, Kristin Chenoweth. Images courtesy of Royal Caribbean International.
