While these are fares offered by low cost carriers, these are clearly not deals in the true sense of the word. Airports and airplanes are largely empty. Airlines are offering incentives for passengers to buy flight tickets for as low as $4. However, given the current scenario in China, I doubt anyone is jumping on this ‘deal’.
