- The case of Santa Monica Airport (SMO) vs. FAA continues after a federal judge told the FAA to respond to the City’s lawsuit and denied any further extension of time. You can destroy the instruments, but never the music, man! - An eco-terror may have been thwarted when U.S. CBP Officers destroyed several rare flutes at JFK, according to the owner/musician. The musician stated he had flown into and out of the U.S. with the same instruments for years without incident, as the tools of his career are made of dry wood, posing no ecological threat.
- Indian man strips at Kuwait airport after told he would not be allowed to board a plane home due to an apparent travel ban for a pending court case. “He went berserk and started to scream. He then stripped most of his clothes and lay on the ground,” the Arabic language daily Al Anba said.
