Hyatt Hotels’ extended stay chain, Hyatt House, today opened a location in San Juan, bringing the extended stay concept to Puerto Rico for the first time, according to Hyatt.

The location also marks the first Hyatt House outside of the continental U.S., signaling parent Hyatt Hotels’ plan to grow the chain internationally. Additional locations are in various stages of completion in Mexico, Panama, China, India, and Saudi Arabia.

Here are the San Juan location’s details:

If you’re familiar with any of the 55 existing Hyatt House properties, the San Juan location represents yet another “first.” It’s the first one that’s been built based on the chain’s new prototype design, Chris Walker, vice president of brands for Hyatt Place and Hyatt House said in a press release.

Hyatt House is one of the growing number of mid-priced chains out designed with the millennial-aged and millennial-mindset traveler in mind. Features include free Wi-Fi, plenty of inside communal space and ample outdoor space including a patio with barbecue grills and a lounge area
