Hawaii Will Welcome Out of State Visitors in October – Miles to Memories

Finally! Hawaii will be lifting its mandatory 14-day quarantine starting October 15. You will still need to present a time-sensitive negative PCR COVID-19 test, for this to apply, but at least there will be an option for people looking to visit the Aloha State.
