LA Travel and Adventure Show 2020

The Los Angeles Travel and Adventure show was this past weekend and I had a lot of fun exploring the various booths.

1. Loungaroo

I’m always looking for new products that make traveling easier. Throughout the years, I’ve realized less is better and I try to find products that have multipurpose and can save me space. Recently, my good friend Lee at Baldthoughts picked up a Loungaroo hoodie and posted on his Instagram. While I was walking down one of the aisles I saw the Loungaroo booth and I had to check out the hoodie for myself.

The inside of the hoodie was very soft and comfortable. The material was breathable and not too thick to make me overheat while using it. It has an extra-long hood for sleeping which acts as an eye mask, thumb cuffs for the cold, and an enlarged pouch – hence the name. The pouch has a small hole to wire your headphone cord through, an RFID blocking zippered pocket for passport or credit cards and it can easily fit a tablet as well.

2. SCOTTeVEST

Over the years, I’ve read other Boardingarea bloggers write about their love for SCOTTeVEST and I was happy to finally check out the product first hand. For someone who vlogs on planes, I find myself always going in and out of my bag to get the proper cables and equipment out to film. I was impressed with the number of pockets available while maintaining a low profile. This vest will come in handy when I’m flying Basic Economy and only allowed to have a backpack.

3. Reliefband

This product caught my eye because of the number of friends I know who have motion sickness when traveling. Reliefband is 100% natural and FDA cleared for preventing and treating nausea and/or vomiting. Reliefband works by emitting electrical pulses that stimulate the median nerve. The constant pulses ease the feeling of nausea for you to enjoy your trip.
