This Week at MJ on Travel – February 3, 2013

I committed the cardinal blogging sin this weekend, I took 2 days off the grid. MrsMJ and I took a roadtrip down to Savannah for the weekend to celebrate my birthday. OK, my birthday really isn’t until Wednesday, but I’ll be flying back from Sacramento that day, so we celebrated this weekend. I am back, relaxed, and ready to repack for the week ahead, a week which will include my first American Airlines flights since relocating to Atlanta. Will it seem strange flying American again after so many months? Will PreCheck still work for me? #FirstWorldProblems

We have a lot to talk about this week including:

  • Hotel Review – The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort and Spa
  • My Experience Flying American Airlines Again
  • A Word on Choosing the Right Cruise Line for You

This and more, this week at MJ on Travel.

  1. Have a happy birthday. My fiancée and I love
Savannah. Didn’t enjoy the Westin, though. Service was not all that great and they hit you with the Resort fees. If you’re looking for a dinner recommendation, you can’t go wrong with Garibaldis. Drinks at the bohemenian rooftop are good as well.
