Stayed a week at an Official Walt Disney World hotel but I was not on the Disney property.
The Signia by Hilton Orlando Bonnet Creek is an elegant Hilton hotel attached to the Waldorf Astoria hotel. They share the convention space but have separate shops, restaurants and water parks. The Waldorf Astoria also has a glamorous spa and golf course.

It is also an Official Walt Disney World hotel. There were signs in the lobby that listed the free shuttles to all the Disney parks
Arriving:
A nice spacious drive up area, not too busy at all.
The lobby area is large and well designed. The check in is on the right, a shop with an attached Starbucks on the left, at the far end is a bar and patio with a view over the pool, and in between there is a lot of seating for waiting and hanging around in.
This is the bar area, a nice but smallish counter. It is right in the middle of the lobby area so it makes a mighty sound when people are hanging around drinking. Very nice balcony area where you can sit and hang out and view the pool area.
The Muse kiosk with coffee shop to the right. As a Gold member I took the $15 food voucher supplied every day and got a delicious coffee and pastry every morning.
Here is a view of some of the lobby seating. A vast useful space with multiple seating options.
Many restaurants are available in the Signia. They are all elegant and stylish. The choices look interesting.
There is also a gift shop in the hotel. The regular Mickey Mouse t-shirts and keyrings and stuffed animals and so on. Also drinks and snacks and ice cream.
The convention area is also elegant. The whole hotel has an elegance about it. Perhaps being associated with the Waldorf Astoria requires a certain standard.
The room:
On entering the room the bathroom is on the right. I glanced in and saw a bath with a shower curtain – disappointed that there is no walk in shower.
This is the wider view of the room. It has nice space between the bed and the table/counter as well as at the window.
The Nescafe pod coffee machine is always nice to have, standard cupboard with iron and ironing board.
Nice that there is a fridge in the room, and the ice bucket with glasses is always appreciated.
Standard table unit between the beds with phone and clock/alarm. They supply barcodes for room service and other room facilities. There are power plug fadapters in both sides of the center unit as well as the wall.
Nice space for the comfy chair and table. The counter that includes the desk that has the lamp on the one end and coffee machine on the other is very useful. There are 3 large drawers and 2 cupboards. Also a full length mirror in case you need it.
The bathroom:
For a fancyish hotel the bathroom is stock standard. The counter runs the length of the bathroom, supplies are nice including lighted shaving mirror, soap, body lotion, hand cloths and tissues.
Lafco from New York Marine toiletries are supplied in the shower. Shower gel, conditioner and shampoo (even though it was in a shower gel bottle).
Standard shower in a bath, the water pressure was great though.
This is the view from my room on the 10th floor. A really lovely view, most hotels charge extra for the view of the pool and the golf course but this was standard. In the far distance I could see the fireworks at one of the Disney parks that happened at 9 every night.
Activities:
Besides the pool there is also a Funzone with games for kids and a fitness center for your regulation workout.
Conclusion:
A really pleasant hotel, I really enjoyed my stay. The week I was there rooms started at about $290 per night.
For a family with Disney on their minds this is a good place to consider staying. The regular shuttle service is a great help.
