British Airways are having a great business class sale out of Paris at the moment. You can get return flights for as low as €1,050 for destinations such as New York, Chicago, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Boston and more. All you need to do is travel Monday to Thursday and stay a weekend.
These fares also include codeshare partners, which means sectors on American Airlines, Iberia and Aer Lingus are also included. This results in some great savings for flying on those airlines too.
Half Price Aer Lingus Business Class
Let’s have a look at the difference. Going on the Aer Lingus web site for Paris to Chicago, leaving on Thursday 18 June and returning Monday 22 June shows a total price of €2,152.78. For those wondering, the Dublin to Chicago return price is even higher at €2,673.75.
Other Airlines Are Included Too
British Airways’ other transatlantic partners are included as well. This means some of the cheap flights will put you on the American Airlines services from London, such as to New York.
I even spotted Iberia business class, Paris to Madrid then across the Atlantic. All of these are for the similar prices, so you can really choose whether to fly BA, AA, Iberia or Aer Lingus, depending on your US destination.
Overall Thoughts
Half price Aer Lingus business class never happens, which makes this a very, very good deal. In fact, any transatlantic from Europe in business class for €1,000 return is pretty much as cheap as it gets. I flew to Washington DC on one of these fares from Prague years ago and haven’t seen them this cheap since.
Anyone in Europe can take advantage of this. Flying to Paris to get your flights to the United States is not exactly going to cost you much money. Time, sure, but it’s so worth it.
Will you be taking advantage of these half price Aer Lingus business class tickets? Perhaps you’ll elect to go with American, Iberia or British Airways? Thank you for reading and if you have any comments or questions, please leave them below.

With thanks to Head For Points.
Thanks for this post. Really great info. If you book aer Lingus flights through BA do you know if you will get tier points for Aer Club?
Since the flights will be with BA flight numbers, it will be treated as a British Airways flight in AerClub, so it would not earn Tier Points. I would probably suggest just creating a British Airways Executive Club account and crediting it there. You can always transfer your Avios across to AerClub as you can switch them back and forth and you should get enough status to move to Bronze on BA on those flights, or very close to it. Thanks for the comment!
