WASHINGTON D.C. – Where do you go for the best crab cakes?
I’ll kick off the list with the crab cake dish I had today during a business lunch with social scientist Chris Klauda, who runs lodging research for D.K. Shifflet & Assoc. We dined at DC Coast, the K Street restaurant popular with lobbyists and other Washingtonians for power lunches and dinners. The delicious chunks of crabmeat were perfectly seasoned and sat over a flavorful, colorful okra-corn mix. I ate every morsel.
Readers: OK, gang. Where do you go?
