As you can see from this sign there are at least 8 lounges in Terminal 3 at Heathrow. Many of them are for specific airlines but some are available for Priority Pass and Dragon Pass and other such plans.

I spent time enjoying the No 1 lounge in Terminal 3 at Heathrow.

This sign introduces the lounge, including bedrooms and spa, and lists access to Priority Pass, Dragon Pass, looks like IOD and Lounge Key members.

This is the entrance to No 1 lounge. This is a nice big lounge with varied seating areas, a cinema, buffet style food and an attentive staff.

Seating areas:

I was escorted in by a staff member who placed me at a counter table. I suppose this was so that I, as a solo traveller did not take over a bigger table. The lounge was getting a bit busy.

There are some views over the aircraft parked at their gates.

a large room with many tables and chairs

There are many different styles of seating areas all over the lounge.

A couple of areas had reserved signs on the tables. I know you can pre book with No 1 lounges and I would presume you would be seated at one of these premium areas.

These high back chairs look very comfy.

The cinema:

Here is the advertised cinema. There was an action movie on while I was there, looks like a fun area.

Restrooms and spa:

I did not have the opportunity to use the spa but I did use the restroom. Nice tiling and facilities.

The food and drinks:

Yoghurt and muesli and berries and other fruit and baked goods available.

a table with food on it

The hot food section is similar to the Aspire lounge with bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs, baked beans as well as croissants.

The requisite Twinings tea caddy and a soft drinks station. So nice to be able to try different Twinings teas.

a coffee machine and tea dispenser

Here are 2 coffee stations and on the left you can see the pancake oven.

It was a bit later in the morning so the bar was quite busy, even though breakfast was still being served. Nice infused water and good wi-fi.

Conclusion:

This lovely model ship was on display in the lounge. Very intricate and well made.

In conclusion this is a fine lounge to spend time in. The food choices are similar to other smaller lounges but the seating options are way more diverse.

I will definitely spend time here next time I am in Terminal 3.

(Apologies for the duplication, I did review this lounge back in April too).
