I’m looking forward to attending and speaking at The Chicago Seminars in October. I love to cruise, and I love to talk about cruising. I have the basics of a presentation together for my talk on Saturday, October 12th, but I wanted to check in with you to see if I’m missing anything. I’m running a reader poll with some questions about what you’d most like to talk about when it comes to cruising. The poll includes just a few suggestions. I will be real interested to see what you have to say. We will be on the Celebrity Silhouette in the Med from 9/26 – 10/8, and then I am driving to Chicago from Detroit for the seminars on 10/11.
And I will look forward to hearing about your cruise!
this is wonderful marshall. outside of cruise critic, i don’t think i’ve seen someone as dedicated as you that discusses cruises/cruising at the length that you do. i wish i could come to your seminar.
anyway, i chose “Tips and tricks on which credit card points are best for cruising.” i guess to me, this would be the most helpful since i’m already familiar with how to make my cruise vacation wonderful and also which loyalty program is best for me. this would be the most helpful to me and i think the most helpful for someone that’s already a seasoned cruiser.
as for the other two options, i think they are more for non-experienced cruisers that are looking to get their feet wet in cruising and have no idea about cruising in general. of course the other option is helpful to a newbie too.
is your audience going to consist mostly of newbies or seasoned cruisers? maybe you could offer a mixture, something for the seasoned cruiser and also something for the newbie?
do you have a large presence on cruise critic? if not, i think if you posted you are doing this seminar on cruise critic, i think you would get a lot of interest if you are looking to expand your readership.
