Monday, I’m flying down to Atlanta for the week. It’s been several months since I’ve traveled to my most frequent destination, and it actually seems kind of good to be going back. My Delta Medallion upgrade has cleared for Monday morning, so things are looking good. This will be a week of hotel firsts for me as I’ll be staying at the W Atlanta Downtown. I’m glad I was finally able to grab a room at this downtown property. It looks gorgeous in photos, and I’m happy to be able to see the hotel in person. You can bet I’ll be posting a full review after my stay is complete.

A Final Thought for Now: Miles, Points, and Change

MJ, the W Atlanta Downtown is giving away 2 free nights in the PWP promotion. You can read about their give away here: http://boardingarea.com/pointsmilesandmartinis/2011/11/support-passports-with-purpose-charity-with-two-free-nights-at-the-w-hotel-atlanta-2/
I’ve spoken to the marketing manager and GM and they have a lot going on at this hotel.
Looking forward to it. As an ATL resident I’ve stayed at most of the W’s and former W’s in tge area but have not stayed at the downtown property. Hopefully the upgrades keep coming for you. I’ll keep my fingers crossed for a great suite UG.
