The biggest pain point when travelling nowadays is the fact that each country has different entry requirements. Happily, there is a new Aer Lingus travel tool which was announced today that easily lets you know what to expect.

This will save a lot of time and worry for people planning to take a holiday. It simply displays whether you need to fill in forms, whether any testing is required, or whether there are exemptions if you’re vaccinated or not.

Aer Lingus Travel Tool

Aer Lingus have partnered with a company called Sherpa to deliver this information. When you go onto the website there is space to enter your flight details, and pleasingly it is arranged to accommodate most queries.

Once the details are in, you press the “See restrictions” button and in a second or two, it pops out the results. The output appears to cover everything you need to know. You can review what you need to, find the forms you might need to complete before travel and so on. It’s really a one stop shop which should make planning journeys that much easier.

Overall Thoughts

You can find the new Aer Lingus travel tool right here. I’m sure the employees at the Irish airline will be happy this is now available, as it should reduce customer queries markedly.

It is annoying that every country has their own particular form and entry requirements, but it is what it is. Hopefully we won’t be under this kind of bureaucracy for too much longer. My guess is that it will probably last another year perhaps.

What do you think of the new Aer Lingus travel tool? Will you be using it? Where are you off to next? Thank you for reading and if you have any comments or questions, please leave them below.
