The Points Guy reminds us that the current 100 percent bonus on purchased US Airways Dividend Miles ends today, June 30, 2012. I am generally not a fan of buying miles unless you are topping off your account for a specific award, but to each his or her own. If you are buying miles, and are looking for Dividend Miles, you might as well collect a 100 percent bonus. For now, US Airways is a Star Alliance member, and frankly, I think Dividend Miles is probably one of the more under-rated mileage currencies out there. Of course, I feel the same way about US Airways. They are better than some of the press they get, even if they could use a little work around the edges. (Sure do miss having in seat power when flying them)
