Way to Go AA

Seriously, it’s good to see American Airlines stepping up its game when it comes to product. Today’s announcement of a subfleet of A321s dedicated to transcontinental flying is an example. Take a look at this First Class cabin.

I still much prefer the stability and perceived interior space of flying in a wide body. My guess is that the smaller trans-cons will seriously reduce the number of low fare tickets offered. Which is I’m sure exactly what AA has in mind. No more loss leader sale fares just to fill the seats.

Still like sardines in a can compared to my living room setup but for what it is I guess it’s not bad.

Looks a bit like a scaled down version of CX long haul business class seats.
