Get in quick! Great transatlantic business class flight deals out of Dublin

The Flight Detective
a seat in a business class

There are some very good transatlantic business class flight deals currently being offered out of Dublin. This is on Aer Lingus and the oneworld alliance airlines, British Airways, American Airlines, Iberia and Finnair.

These are not sale fares per se, just cheap tickets being sold presumably to stimulate demand. You will need to make the booking by 31 March 2022 for travel up to 31 December 2022.

Transatlantic Business Class Flight Deals

Heading to San Francisco over Christmas? You can book from Dublin on British Airways in business class for €1,412 return. Not bad for a transatlantic jaunt. I’m already booked on this fare, so I am quite happy with it.

How about New York? Aer Lingus are selling tickets for €1,558 return, which is a substantial discount over their usual fares. Lie-flat comfort across the Atlantic never felt so good! You can also find other cities such as Cancun for €1,310 return, Montreal for €1,346, Mexico City for €1,363 and Miami for €1,366. It would make sense to check across all the airlines mentioned, to find the best fare for your trip.

Overall Thoughts

Anything in the €1,100 to €1,500 range is about as cheap as it gets for a transatlantic business class flight. You can pay more than twice that amount at times, so if you’re looking to treat yourself, now’s the time to go for it.

All of the airlines offer lie-flat business class seats as is de rigueur today, so whoever offers the best price should get your business. And of course you’ll earn plenty of frequent flyer miles at the same time.

What is the cheapest transatlantic business class flight you’ve ever booked? Will you be buying these? Thank you for reading and if you have any comments or questions, please leave them below.

That really is quite the bargain. It’s interesting how the U.S. gets the better credit card offers for award travel while Europe gets vastly better business class paid offers. These are generalizations but I think they hold up pretty well.
