Even I Registered for The Southwest Airlines Double Points Promotion

Why would I do such a thing? Well, you see, Southwest is offering a double points promotion.

• Register between October 14, 2013 and November 21, 2013.
• Book your flights through Southwest Airlines between October 14, 2013 and November 21, 2013.
• Complete your flights between October 14, 2013 and November 21, 2013.

I don’t dislike Southwest. I find them to be an imminently useful airline at times, often quite good at what they do. Yes, I’ve even flown Southwest before. Their lack of seat assignments, oddly organized boarding process, and lack of first class cabins does not intimidate me on routes where I would consider flying Southwest. You see, the biggest thing standing between me and Southwest is this.

Notice anyone missing from this list? Enough said, at least for me. If you don’t care about PreCheck, or find yourself unable to fly anyone else, you might as well get double Rapid Rewards points! And you can do just that between now and November 21, 2013.
