Earlier this week, I wrote about an amazing promotion by Marriott Bonvoy. The Marriott award chart or the lack of it can make things very confusing when ti comes to figuring out redemption values. However, there’s now a handy tool that can help you.
Marriott’s secret award chart (Updated with the latest devaluation numbers)
This article by Frequent Miler points out a couple of handy tools in order to look up Marriott points and hotel category values. At the moment, Marriott points values are extremely vague due to lack of an award chart. They can very a lot. These two tools can be really handy in giving you a better idea. While they’re not perfect, they’re extremely useful, given the amount of data that needs to be crunched here.
Unlocking the Value of Chase Transfer Partners
This is a handy guide about how you can unlock more value out of Chase Ultimate Rewards points. Amex and Chase points still continue be two of my favorite transferable points programs.
Air Canada Aeroplan and World of Hyatt are my favorite transfer partners in the Chase ecosystem. It gets even better when every now and then, Chase offers really lucrative points transfer bonuses. Last year, we saw a transfer bonus as high as 70% from Chase Ultimate Rewards to Marriott Bonvoy, bumping the transfer ratio from 1:1 to 1:1.7.
Last day to select airline fee credit
In case you haven’t already, the Monkey Miles has posted a handy reminder that today is the final day for selecting an airline for the purpose of using your airline fee credit benefit.
I’ve already written this post detailing how I’ve used the airline fee credit benefit for 2025.
Marriott Credit Card Bonuses
Chase is back with two new credit card welcome bonuses on the Marriott Bonvoy Bold card and the Marriott Bonvoy Boundless card. With the no annual fee Bold card, you can earn a welcome bonus of 60,000 points, in addition to one free night certificate. With the Boundless card, you’ll pay an annual fee of $95. However, this limited time offer will give you 100,000 bonus points, in addition to a statement credit of $150.
I have carried the Marriott Bonvoy Boundless card in my wallet for 4 years and it still provides amazing value for a card charging just $95 in annual fees.
