Marriott International’s Renaissance brand will soon be able to tout a swanky, glass-wrapped hotel as its flagship in New York City, according to my story in yesterday’s Wall Street Journal.

Rooms will be designed by Jeffrey Beers, the well-known hospitality designer who recently left his mark on the newly renovated New York Palace hotel as well as other luxury hotels, clubs and restaurants.
