Background
I decided to visit the Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge after arriving in London from New York aboard the Upper Class cabin on the A350. I had a great night’s sleep on the flight and skipped the breakfast service, knowing I would be able to have breakfast at the Revivals Lounge. Love how they have this feature!
Access and Hours
The lounge is open daily from 5:00 am to 12:30 pm. It’s located about a 5-minute walk from customs, off the arrivals hall in Terminal 3.
It was a bit confusing finding the lounge. After leaving baggage claim, you have to find the elevators to the car park, go up a floor, and the entrance is outside the elevators. I couldn’t find it at first as the airport signage was a bit confusing. But alas, I made it!

Access to the Revivials Lounge is available to:
- Passengers in Virgin Atlantic Upper Class or Delta One
- Flying Club Gold when arriving on Virgin Atlantic or Delta
- Delta SkyMiles Diamond & Platinum when arriving on a Virgin Atlantic or Delta flight from the US
- Virgin Australia Velocity The Club & Club Platinum when arriving on a Virgin Atlantic flight
The Lounge
Once entered, you go down a long hallway, and I was helped by a very friendly associate!

There is a room where you can leave luggage/bags, and the lounge offers 20 or so shower suites. I decided to check one out and freshen up. The suites are sufficient, water pressure was good, though it is a tad dated. Shampoo and conditioner are provided by Aveda, while lotion and body wash are from REN, like what they provide in the amenity kits. They didn’t leave many amenities in the suites themselves, but I believe you can ask the lounge reception for some.

They will also press clothing items for you upon request!
Then the lounge itself has mainly dining room-style seating. They offer a freshly cooked, complimentary breakfast, made to order. You can order breakfast items from a QR code, and they will bring it out to you.

The menu was pretty elaborate with entrees like Eggs Benedict, Grilled Streaky Bacon Breakfast Roll, Eggs with Avocado, Eggs Royale & Pancakes.
I ended up trying the Eggs Benedict and pancakes with a fruit salad on the side. The dishes were pretty tasty, and I’m so glad I decided to sleep on the plane through the breakfast service and eat on the ground instead.

There is also a small self-serve buffet area if you prefer not to wait to order and just want some pastries or cereal.

The Verdict
Overall, I really liked the Virgin Atlantic Revivals Lounge and would love to use it again in the future! Having a full restaurant-style breakfast on the ground is great, and a place to freshen up with a shower suite can definitely come in handy after a long flight.
