One of the things I ponder from time to time is the lousy reputation that airlines have….well, mainly U.S. airlines, but I digress. I have some ideas about things airlines could do to improve their standing, but I’m curious to hear from readers. Take a look at the latest reader poll and let me know what you think. For whatever reason, when I try to vote I can’t, but I do see the options… Just as well cause the possible replies don’t fit how I’d answer… They were starved for so long trying to turn a profit, they are now stuffing themselves like obnoxious pigs, thanks to the DOJ approving mergers, the improved economy, and their use of ancillary services like bags, change fees, etc. as new profit centers.
