If you’re looking to stay loyal to a brand, then it makes sense to get a co-branded credit card. I love booking aspirational stays with my hotel points and free night certificates. Over the years, I’ve leveraged hotel credit card offers to book some fantastic stays at upscale properties across the globe.

Limited Time Hotel Credit Card Offers End Tonight!

If you’re looking to get a hotel credit card, then now is a great time to apply. American Express and Chase are offering limited time welcome bonuses on their co-branded credit cards with Marriott and Hilton.

Amex’s co-branded credit card offers with Hilton are slated to expire tonight though. Let’s have a look at these offers.

With this offer on the Hilton Honors card, you’ll earn a welcome bonus of 70,000 points and one free night certificate. You’ll earn the bonus once you spend $2,000 in the first 6 months of card membership. This card is a fantastic starter card and a great option if you’re just looking to dip your toes into the Hilton Honors program. The best part about this card is that it charges no annual fee whatsoever.

You’ll earn the bonus once you spend $3,000 in the first 6 months of card membership. While the card carries a $150 annual fee, it offers $200 in credits each year. Also, you can earn another free night certificate once you spend $15,000 in a year.

In this post, I’ve highlighted how you can get almost 20x in value from this card if you sign up now and make good use of the welcome bonus.

Hilton Aspire Card

The Hilton Aspire card is a great card for road warriors who book Hilton stays multiple times each year. I’ve held the card in my wallet since its launch and have enjoyed the fact that I get one free night certificate each year for simply renewing the card and paying the annual fee. At the moment, you can earn a welcome bonus of 175,000 points. You’ll also earn one free night certificate once you’re approved for the card. In order to earn the welcome bonus, you’ll need to spend $6,000 in the first 6 months of card membership.

As long as your card account is open, you’ll also continue to enjoy top tier Diamond status in the Hilton Honors program.

The Hilton Business Card is a good option if you’re looking to use the card for generic business spend. The card offers a healthy 5x points category for all spend up to $100,000 in purchases during each calendar year. With this limited time offer, you can earn 175,000 Hilton Honors points. You’ll earn the welcome bonus after you spend $8,000 in the first 6 months of card membership.

The Pundit’s Mantra

Given an option, I prefer free night certificates in the Hilton Honors program. Unlike their peers like Hyatt and Marriott, Hilton’s free night certificates are uncapped and you can use them at a Hilton property as long as a standard room night is available. I’ve used Hilton free night certificates to book some really aspirational properties like the Grand Wailea Maui, Waldorf Astoria Bangkok, Conrad Maldives, Conrad Koh Samui and Hilton Amingiri Maldives, just to name a few.

Bear in mind that once a free night certificate is issued, it is valid for one year.
