Just a quick note for DCA travelers. If you haven’t visited the American Airlines Admirals Club lately, you should. The remodel and expansion were finished recently, and the Club really looks good. I was passing through the other morning and had just enough time to walk through and take a look. The entrance now has an automated sliding glass door and the reception desk has been reoriented a bit. The furniture has been replaced and some former administrative office areas behind the bar have been converted into more seating. Power outlets abound. Best of all, the greatest Club staff in the system is still there. I only had time for a few pictures, but will take more next time I’m flying out on AA.

Not ALL of the “best staff” is still there, Marshall. (wink wink)
