Not All Doom & Gloom: Hyatt’s New Peak & Off Peak Awards – Point me to the Plane

It was a “hair on fire” moment when I read the news about the Hyatt changes on Wednesday. While I welcome the fact that you can book a room for just 3,500 points, nice hotels during peak periods are going to hurt. This is yet another program inching toward a revenue-based model.
