From the Storm

Well, I have survived Tropical Storm Fay. In fact, I am typing this at 38,000 feet over northern Florida on my way home.

I am flying American Airlines, my upgrade cleared, and for the first time in at least a few years, I have an empty seat beside me. In fact, this flight borders on pleasant. It’s downright joyous compared to the TSA checkpoint on the D Concourse in Miami. But I will save that for another post.

Shortly, I will post my review of the Embassy Suites – Boca Raton (ok, but not great).

In the meantime, we have a fantastic flight attendant, dinner is about to be served, and my wine glass has yet to make it below half full.
