J. W. Robertson
Vice President – SkyMiles

I know it is targeted, but I wanted to encourage you to complete the survey if you receive the invitation. I was honest in my assessment – Delta is a great airline, and the Medallion program is pretty good for my travels. However, Delta really needs to reflect on SkyMiles award availability, booking tools, and agent training if it really considers its loyalty program to be “world class.” Did you receive the same survey?

  1. Enjoyed your review of AOS – I took a TA cruise on that ship a few years ago & had a great time. With all the days at sea. I really had the chance to get to know the ship pretty well. Just curious – how did MrsMJ get to teach Zumba on the ship & how was she compensated? Have always thought I’d like to do some port lectures while cruising. Would love to learn more about this!
