The property marks further expansion of the Andaz brand in Europe, which already has a pretty sizable presence in the continent. Now, the hotel chain has announced plans for a 650-room resort in Punta Cana, one of the most popular beach destinations in the Caribbean. The upcoming property, Hyatt Ziva Punta Cana — is expected to open in 2029 and will be part of Hyatt’s rapidly growing all-inclusive portfolio.
New Hyatt Ziva All Inclusive Property
The hotel giant has announced plans for a brand-new 650-room resort in Punta Cana, one of the most popular beach destinations in the Caribbean. The upcoming property — Hyatt Ziva Punta Cana — is expected to open in 2029 and will be part of Hyatt’s rapidly growing all-inclusive portfolio.
For an all inclusive property, the hotel will have a wide array of offerings catering towards families, offering multiple options for food, recreation and relaxation, in addition to having a separate ‘adults only’ building at the property.
