Amex has cancelled my platinum credit card without any rhyme or reason.
It has taken a full year’s membership fee and also usurped all my bonus points.
I am taking it up with the Ombudsman. They are giving frivolous reasons and not replying when I sent them some proofs.
That is odd. You should ideally have received a letter telling you exactly why the account was closed.
