A Little #AvGeek Giveaway – GoGo and a Delta Business Elite Amenity Kit

CONTEST CLOSED

I’ve posted a few hints about the #InsideDelta experience I just attended like pictures and a video of a simulated aircraft evacuation. It was an extraordinary event, culminating in the grand opening of the Delta Flight Museum, that I’ll be sharing more details about over the next several days. I did pick up a little Delta swag that I’d like to give away to a reader – a Delta Tumi BusinessElite® amenity kit and one GoGo day pass code. One randomly chosen winner gets both.

  1. Thank you for submitting the flight evacuation, I think everyone that travels need to review. Pictures of the museum were nice. I also look forward to your blogs and your view point.

  2. Love the giveaway! As much as other airlines push their amenity kits, I honestly think Tumi is one of my favorite ones. Very classy yet simplistic.

  3. I can’t wait to experience Delta’s BE product, but that won’t happen until Dec on ATL-LHR.

  4. Airplane travel is nature’s way of making you look like your passport photo. Al Gore

  5. Maybe I will experience the Delta Museum myself one day.
Anyway, thanks for the giveaway! With a little luck …

  6. That evacuation video was pretty cool! Thanks for all the informative blog posts!

  7. Made the mistake of taking my 6 year old to Paris on business last year. Every flight since, she asks whether she will be getting an amenity kit.

  8. I love Tumi and would love to add this cool Tumi product to my airline memorabilia collection!

  9. pick me, please! i rarely fly delta, so it’d be a nice one to add to my collection!

  10. Nice material for future articles. Will you compare/contrast training programs? Maybe you can try out Emirates!

  11. Wish I could have been at the event; looks like it was a great time. I’m having an internal struggle of if I should stay with Delta or go the way of American … not an easy decision.

  12. seems like #insidedelta is a great experience, if they don’t already, the airline should auction the opportunity for fans of the airline to bid on winning a chance to go behind the scenes. either cash or miles would work

  13. Enjoyed the pictures from the museum opening. Won’t be in atlanta for a long time until September so will add it to my list.

  14. I never could use internet in a flight. I think it is nice to help to pass the time in a long trip. I hope to win!

  15. The slide evacuation is always fun, but I will always remember the water evacuation simulation I got to do with AA at the oneworld megado

  16. Here’s a simple cruising tip: pack a magnet so you can leave your roommate a note on the back of the cabin door. It’s a simple way to communicate, but if you turn off your phone and can no longer text, it may be your best option. Plus it’s tiny and lightweight to pack.

  17. I love me a good slide evacuation. I’m also a product safety engineer and First Responder trainer. So maybe I’m biased! 🙂
