Amex targeted me via email with this offer. I already have the Business Gold card. It seems like Amex continues to keep running the points train at full speed. Just a few weeks back, I wrote about how they’re distributing points like candy. It seems like the gift that continues to give.
In case you didn’t receive the email, you can click on this link to check if you’re targeted for the 100,000 Membership Rewards points offer. Moreover, this offer does not contain any ‘once in a lifetime’ language. In most cases, Amex restricts people from earning a welcome bonus for the same card product if they’ve received the same bonus in the past. However, targeted and ‘no lifetime language’ offers circumvent that. This offer presents us with an opportunity to earn another 100,000 Membership Rewards points with the Business Gold card.
You can earn 100,000 after you make $10,000 (the “Threshold Amount”) or more of eligible purchases on your Business Gold Card during the first 3 months of Card Membership, starting from the date your account is opened. Eligible purchases can be made by the Basic Card Member and any Employee Card Members on a single Card Account. Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and other credits.
Also, if you sign up for this offer now, you’l be charged an annual fee of $295. If you apply for this offer after 02/01/2024, you’ll be charged an annual fee of $375.
