Personal Reflections

The Scotia Momentum Visa Infinite cash back program is an annual program, where the amount earned under the Cash Back Bonus Rate is credited within 7 months from the account open date. And regular Cash Back accumulates each month, and is awarded at the end of each 12 month period directly (November) into an Eligible Account or as a credit on the statement.

It’s important to note that each of the earn rate categories have a $25,000 yearly limit. Assuming a monthly spend of $1,000 on grocery alone, this card would earn $200 in the first two months (10% cashback) and $400 in remaining ten months (4% cashback), for a yearly cashback of $600. Add to that a 2% cashback on Gas and Transit, no-annual fee on primary and supplementary cards, the annual value is easily $800 or more.

This premium cashback card is a must have for any Canadian wallet, and the special offer to earn 10% cash back on all purchases for first three months, is available until Nov 1, 2020.
